PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF50

Mineral skin tint with SPF 50 for a natural complexion

The PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF 50 is a serum-like tinted day cream that combines four essential steps in one lightweight layer: mineral sun protection, light to medium coverage, hydration, and skincare. The formula consists of 96% skincare ingredients and provides immediate protection against up to 98% of UVB rays thanks to non-nano zinc oxide. For those looking for an alternative to traditional foundations, this tint offers a refined option that preserves the skin’s natural appearance.

Uneven skin tone, slight redness, and visible sun damage are concerns many women face at some point. A good skin tint with SPF offers added value compared to a regular foundation: niacinamide and the Ceretin Complex work on the structural improvement of the skin, while the mineral UV filter protects daily against further damage. The result is a complexion that not only looks healthy but actually improves over weeks.

Why choose a skin tint with SPF?

A skin tint differs from a traditional foundation by its light, breathable texture and skincare focus. While foundations are often made to cover imperfections, a skin tint is about enhancing the natural skin—with a thin, transparent layer that moves with the skin’s texture rather than masking it. The addition of SPF 50 makes this category especially valuable as a daily base, combining sun protection with cosmetic benefits in one step. For women who want to simplify their routine without compromising on protection or results, this is an ideal category.

Find your ideal tint

The PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint is available in five carefully curated shades that together cover a wide spectrum of skin tones and undertones. For very fair skin with a neutral undertone, the PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF50 Fair Ivory LN2 is the lightest choice in the range, suitable for those who struggle to find matching foundations because most options are too dark. If the skin has a warm, golden undertone, the PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF50 Bone LG3 offers a refined light beige with a natural warmth.

For medium skin, there are two neutral options that complement each other seasonally. The PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF50 Linen MN3 is a balanced medium beige without pink or yellow accents, ideal for year-round use. When the skin deepens slightly in summer, the PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF50 Buff MN4 is the logical follow-up with the same neutral undertone in a slightly deeper shade. For lightly tinted skin with natural warmth, the PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint Mineral SPF50 Tan TN2 fits perfectly, with a balanced tan that enhances the Mediterranean glow of the skin without turning orange.

How to use a skin tint with SPF?

1. Thoroughly cleanse the skin with a mild cleanser that keeps the skin barrier intact
2. Apply a hydrating serum and let it fully absorb into the skin
3. Optionally apply a light moisturizer for extra moisture and a smooth base
4. Shake the bottle of the PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint briefly to distribute the mineral pigments
5. Dispense a small amount onto the back of your hand and apply with fingertips, brush, or sponge from the center of the face outward
6. Build a second layer where needed for medium coverage on specific areas
7. Blend the tint down to the neck for a seamless transition between face and body
8. Optionally finish with a light powder for extra hold on the T-zone if you have oily skin

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a skin tint and a foundation?

A skin tint has a lighter, more transparent texture and is designed to enhance the natural skin rather than cover it. A foundation typically offers higher coverage and is made for a more pronounced makeup look. The PUR 4 in 1 Skin Tint combines light coverage with skincare and SPF, making it suitable for daily use as an alternative to a heavier foundation.

What undertone do I have and how do I find my right tint?

Look at the veins on the inside of your wrist in daylight. Green veins indicate a warm, golden undertone—then Bone LG3 fits. Blue or purple veins point to a cool or neutral undertone—then Fair Ivory LN2, Linen MN3, Buff MN4, or Tan TN2 are better matches. If in doubt between two shades, choose the lighter one in winter and the deeper one in summer.

Does this skin tint replace my daily sunscreen?

Yes, provided it is applied in sufficient quantity. The mineral SPF 50 in this formula offers protection against about 98% of UVB rays, equivalent to a full sunscreen. For prolonged sun exposure or after swimming, reapply to maintain full protection.

Is this formula suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. The formula is dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic. The mineral SPF based on non-nano zinc oxide is also safe for reactive skin types and contains no chemical UV filters. Soothing ingredients like allantoin and niacinamide additionally support skin types prone to redness.
