Sensilis Cleanser, Tonic & Peel

Cleansers, toners, and exfoliants for sensitive skin

The foundation of healthy skin is proper cleansing. For sensitive or reactive skin, this means removing dirt, makeup, and excess sebum without disturbing the hydrolipidic layer. The Sensilis range of cleansers, toners, and exfoliants is fully tested on sensitive skin and respects its natural balance — from very dry to oily or acne-prone skin.

A good cleansing routine also prepares the skin for the next steps. Clean, balanced skin absorbs serums and creams better, making the rest of your skincare more effective. In this collection, you will find the right product for every skin type and step.

Why choose Sensilis cleansers?

Sensilis specializes in sensitive and reactive skin. The cleansers are soap-free where possible, hypoallergenic, and non-comedogenic, respecting the skin’s pH, microbiota, and hydrolipidic layer. This allows thorough cleansing without the tight, irritated feeling that classic soaps leave behind. Many formulas are also vegan and tested for five heavy metals, making them suitable even for the most demanding skin.

Find your ideal cleanser

For dry or sensitive skin, the Sensilis Gentle Cleansing Mousse is ideal: a soap-free mousse that hydrates while cleansing. If you want to effortlessly remove makeup and sunscreen, the Sensilis Calm in Balm is the right first step, with a melting wax texture that nourishes and soothes the skin.

If you have oily, combination, or acne-prone skin, the Sensilis Purify Essential Cleanser regulates excess sebum without rebound effect and refines pores. For quick cleansing without rinsing, the Sensilis Micellar Water removes makeup and dirt while hydrating the skin and calming redness.

After cleansing, the Sensilis The Cool Rescue refreshes and soothes as a mist toner. And for those who want to renew their skin, choose between mechanical exfoliation with the Sensilis Prep4+ Polish or an evening leave-on treatment with the Sensilis Azelaic Peel for pigmentation, sebum, and redness.

How to use this routine?

3. For quick moments, use the Sensilis Micellar Water to remove makeup and dirt without rinsing
4. Exfoliate 1 to 3 times a week with the Sensilis Prep4+ Polish, or apply the Sensilis Azelaic Peel in the evening on cleansed skin for pigmentation or redness
5. Refresh and soothe the skin with the Sensilis The Cool Rescue as a toner step, and always finish your morning routine with sun protection

Frequently Asked Questions

What is double cleansing and do I need it?

Double cleansing means first removing oil-soluble dirt, like makeup and sunscreen, with an oil-based product. Then you address water-soluble dirt with a water-based cleanser. It is especially recommended if you wear makeup or SPF, so the skin is truly clean without harsh rubbing.

Which cleanser suits my skin type?

For dry and sensitive skin, the soap-free Gentle Cleansing Mousse is suitable. For oily, combination, or acne-prone skin, the Purify Essential Cleanser regulates sebum production. The Calm in Balm is ideal as the first makeup-removing step, and the Micellar Water for cleansing without rinsing.

Can I exfoliate if I have sensitive skin?

Yes. The Prep4+ Polish offers mild mechanical exfoliation suitable for those who do not tolerate chemical acids well, while the Azelaic Peel is a light leave-on lotion for sensitive skin with pigmentation or redness. Build up usage gradually and watch your skin’s reaction.

How often should I use a toner or mist?

You can use The Cool Rescue daily as a toner step after cleansing, and also anytime during the day when your skin needs cooling and hydration, even over makeup.
