Jane Iredale ColorLuxe Eye Shadow Stick

Mineral cream-to-powder eyeshadow stick in 14 matte and pearl shades

The jane iredale eye shadow stick is the fastest way to add color, definition, and shine to the eyelid without a brush or loose pigments. The cream-to-powder formula glides directly from the stick onto the movable eyelid and sets to a velvety soft finish that stays in place all day. This collection includes 14 shades — 7 matte and 7 pearl — for women seeking high-quality, skin-friendly makeup that works just as well on sensitive or mature skin as on all other skin types.

The thin skin around the eye requires formulas that both care and color, not products that pull, crease, or dry out. This is exactly where the jane iredale eyeshadow stick stands out: each stick is enriched with ceramides, vitamin C, and jojoba oil, ingredients that support the skin barrier around the eye and make the formula feel comfortable. This gives you highly pigmented color that doesn’t settle into fine lines and provides hours of comfortable wear.

Why choose the jane iredale eye shadow stick?

The strength of this line lies in ease of use and versatility. One stick fulfills three roles: eyeshadow, eyeliner, and highlighter. With the built-in sharpener, you shape the tip to a point for precise lines along the lash line, and the buildable formula can be blended with fingers for a smoky effect. The highly pigmented, smudge-proof color adheres without pulling and lasts long. While many eyeshadow sticks crease or fail on mature skin, the jane iredale eyeshadow stick is specifically formulated for comfort and durability — a reason why skin therapists and makeup artists consistently recommend this product. Except for one shade (Bronze, with Carmine), all shades are vegan, and the entire line is wheat-free and talc-free.

Find your ideal shade

The choice between matte and pearl determines the character of your look. Matte shades provide color and depth without shine — perfect as a base, for the crease, or for a refined smoky effect. Pearl shades catch the light and add subtle to intense dimension, ideal as a highlight or for a festive look. Both finishes combine excellently: a matte base with a pearl accent on top gives the most impact.

Matte shades

The matte shades form the foundation of your eye makeup routine, from light evening tones to deep defining colors.

• Alabaster — light ivory as a brightening matte base for brown and blue eyes
• Cameo — neutral nude-pink that evens out the eyelid, recommended for blue eyes
• Provence — soft mauve with a purple undertone for green and hazel brown eyes
• Saddle — warm caramel brown for everyday looks, beautiful with blue eyes
• Americano — deep coffee brown to deepen the crease and define the eyes
• Dove Grey — cool dove grey as a refined alternative to brown
• Midnight — deep dark blue for an intense smoky eye

Pearl shades

The pearl shades catch the light and range from soft highlights to rich metallic shine.

• Prima — light pink pearl as a light-reflecting highlight for the inner corner
• Moonstone — shimmering grey-pink that softly moves with the light
• Rosé — warm rose that makes the gaze look fresh and suits almost every eye color
• Ivy — warm moss green that brightens green and hazel brown eyes
• Gatsby — champagne gold with glamorous shine for evening looks
• Bronze — warm metallic bronze for green, hazel, and blue eyes (only non-vegan shade)
• Riviera — cool sea green-blue with pearly shine for brown eyes

How to use the jane iredale eyeshadow stick?

3. Place a matte color like Americano or Saddle in the crease for depth and blend with fingers
4. Apply a pearl shade like Gatsby or Moonstone on top for dimension and shine
5. Draw the tip along the lash line for definition and use the built-in sharpener for precise lines
6. Tap a light pearl like Prima on the inner corner to visually open the gaze

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the matte and pearl shades of the jane iredale eyeshadow stick?

Matte shades provide color and depth without shine and are ideal as a base, for the crease, or for a smoky eye. Pearl shades catch the light and add subtle to intense dimension. You can combine them for the best result.

Which shade suits my eye color?

For brown eyes, Alabaster, Dove Grey, Americano, and Gatsby suit well. Green and hazel brown eyes look beautiful with Ivy, Provence, Bronze, and Prima. For blue eyes, Moonstone, Saddle, Cameo, and Midnight are strong choices.

Is the jane iredale eye shadow stick suitable for mature skin?

Yes. The soft, hydrating cream-to-powder formula with ceramides and jojoba oil is especially suitable for the thin, mature skin around the eye. The formula does not pull on the sensitive eye contour and does not settle into fine lines.

Are all shades vegan?

All except one. All shades are vegan except Bronze, which contains the natural pigment Carmine. The entire line is also wheat-free and talc-free.
