DermaQuest Pure Peptide

Peptide care for mature skin and collagen stimulation

The DermaQuest Pure Peptide collection is entirely built around peptides, the building blocks that signal the skin to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid. Each formula combines multiple peptides with plant stem cells, hyaluronic acid, and soothing botanicals, so the skin is not only superficially hydrated but also structurally firmed. The collection is developed for those who want to address the first signs of aging and for mature skin that needs firmness, resilience, and visible repair.

Loss of firmness, fine lines, expression wrinkles, and a dull complexion occur when the natural production of collagen and elastin slows down. These processes begin around the age of thirty and are intensified by sun damage, stress, and hormonal changes. Targeted peptides are one of the most well-supported ways to slow down this aging process—they work at the cellular level without the irritation or photosensitivity that ingredients like retinol can cause.

Why choose peptide care?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that the skin recognizes as 'endogenous signaling molecules.' They instruct skin cells to produce collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid, directly contributing to a firmer, smoother, and healthier skin appearance. Unlike exfoliants or vitamin A derivatives, peptides are mild enough for daily use, suitable for sensitive skin, and safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

The Pure Peptide collection from DermaQuest stands out by stacking multiple peptides in one formula. Instead of relying on a single active ingredient, the products combine up to fifteen different peptides, each addressing a different aspect of skin aging: from relaxing expression wrinkles to stimulating collagen, strengthening skin structure, and brightening the complexion. Additionally, plant stem cells, hyaluronic acid in multiple molecular weights, and antioxidants such as Ergothioneine and Ferulic Acid are included in these synergistic formulas.

Find your ideal peptide product

For mature skin with fine lines and wrinkles, the Advanced Peptide Line Corrector is the most powerful starting point. With fifteen peptides, including Argireline and Matrixyl, this serum visibly reduces fine lines and expression wrinkles around the eyes, forehead, and mouth.

For those wanting to address volume loss and sagging, the Advanced 3D HydraFirm Serum offers a concentrated 30% hyaluronic acid solution combined with five peptides and six plant stem cells for immediate plumping and long-lasting firmness.

For the delicate eye contour, the Peptide 3D Eye Lift is developed with Matrixyl Synth 6 and stable vitamin C, which reduce crow’s feet, brighten dark circles, and soothe puffiness.

For dry to very dry skin, the Peptide Nourishing Cream is the ideal final step in the routine. Shea butter, chia seed oil, and peptides intensely nourish the skin and restore the barrier.

For combination skin and all skin types that prefer a light texture, the Advanced 3D Moisturizing Complex with bakuchiol and five peptides is the right choice.

For those who want to gently cleanse the skin, the Peptide 3D Facial Cleanser is a pH-balanced daily cleanser with peptides and plant stem cells. For exfoliating cleansing, the Glyco Resurfacing Cleanser with 15% glycolic acid is ideal as an evening cleanser, up to three times per week.

How to use the Pure Peptide routine?

1. Cleanse the skin morning and evening with the Peptide 3D Facial Cleanser for a gentle, pH-balanced cleanse
2. Replace the evening cleanser up to three times a week with the Glyco Resurfacing Cleanser for extra exfoliation and cell renewal
3. Apply 1 to 2 pumps of Advanced 3D HydraFirm Serum first for deep hydration and immediate firmness
4. Then use the Advanced Peptide Line Corrector as the second serum for targeted treatment of fine lines and wrinkles
5. Care for the eye contour with 1 pump of Peptide 3D Eye Lift applied along the orbital bone around the eye
6. Finish with a moisturizer of your choice: the light Advanced 3D Moisturizing Complex for all skin types or the rich Peptide Nourishing Cream for dry skin
7. Always use a DermaQuest sunscreen as the last step in the morning

Frequently Asked Questions

At what age can I start peptide care?

Peptides are useful as preventive care from about 25 to 30 years old. At that age, natural collagen production slows down, and peptides help maintain skin structure. For visible signs of aging or mature skin, the Pure Peptide collection is a valuable addition at any age.

Can I combine peptides with retinol or vitamin C?

Yes, peptides combine very well with other actives. For example, use a vitamin C product in the morning followed by a peptide moisturizer, and apply retinol in the evening followed by a peptide serum. Peptides help reduce dryness and irritation from retinol by supporting the skin barrier.

Are these products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. The Pure Peptide collection is deliberately developed without aggressive actives and contains soothing ingredients such as Centella Asiatica, Ectoin, plant stem cells, and green tea extract. The products are therefore an ideal anti-aging choice for those who do not tolerate retinol or high concentrations of acids well. For very reactive skin, perform a patch test on the neck first.

When will I see results from the Pure Peptide routine?

The immediate firming and hydrating effects of Pullulan, hyaluronic acid, and hydroxyapatite are visible after the first application. For structural improvement of fine lines, firmness, and elasticity through peptides, we recommend consistent use for at least four to eight weeks, twice daily.
