Massada Vegetable Oils

Plant-based body oils for hydration, repair, and well-being

Plant-based oils are one of the most direct ways to nourish the skin — without unnecessary additives, harnessing the power of nature and botanical active ingredients. The Massada Vegetable Oils line brings together five targeted oils, each with its own profile and purpose: from deep cell regeneration to muscle recovery, from relaxation for the mind to a silky satin finish.

All oils in this collection are built around plant-based carrier oils and essential extracts that support the skin in a way that aligns with how it works — not against it. Whether the skin needs nourishment, calming, firmness, or a moment of rest: there is an oil specifically formulated for that.

Why choose plant-based body oils?

Plant-based oils offer a high concentration of fatty acids, fat-soluble vitamins, and antioxidants that can deeply penetrate the skin. They strengthen the skin barrier, prevent moisture loss, and support the skin’s self-repairing ability — not by competing with the skin, but by complementing it. Oils absorb directly into the skin’s lipid layer, making them more effective than water-based creams for targeted nourishment and protection.

Find your ideal plant-based oil

The five Massada oils each have a clear usage profile. This way, you can quickly find the oil that best matches what your skin or body needs right now.

For skin repair and anti-aging: The Massada Biocellular Body Rosehip Oil 100ml is the most targeted treatment oil in the collection. Rosehip oil, jojoba, calendula, and palmarosa work together on cell regeneration, reducing scars and stretch marks, and improving skin texture. Suitable for mature skin, post-pregnancy, or after significant weight changes.

For deep hydration with antioxidants: The Massada Japanese Infusion Body Oil 100ml combines organic sunflower oil with green tea, white tea, and matcha. The polyphenols in these teas protect the skin against free radicals, while the oil deeply hydrates and leaves the skin feeling more supple.

For hydration with a Mediterranean scent: The Massada Mediterranean Body Oil 100ml works with essential oils of orange, lemon, and grapefruit on a base of sunflower and soybean oil. The result is a satin finish, improved elasticity, and a fruity citrus aroma that nourishes both skin and senses.

For relaxation and better sleep: The Massada Lavender Oil 250ml is built around real lavender oil with sweet almond oil and soybean oil as nourishing bases. The linalool and linalyl acetate in lavender act on the parasympathetic nervous system and support relaxation, tension release, and calmer sleep.

For muscle recovery and circulation: The Massada Thyme Oil 250ml contains thyme extract and thyme oil with toning and balsamic effects. The oil stimulates blood circulation, relieves muscle tension, and is ideal after sports activity or for heavy legs.

How to use the plant-based oils?

1. Shower or bathe first so the pores are open and the skin can optimally absorb the oil
2. Apply the oil to slightly damp skin for faster absorption and longer-lasting hydration
3. Warm a small amount of oil briefly between your palms before applying
4. Massage with slow, circular movements from the ankles upward over the body
5. For targeted use, choose the oil that matches the goal: Rosehip Oil for stretch marks and skin repair, Thyme Oil for tense muscles, Lavender Oil for bedtime

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 100ml and 250ml oils in this collection?

The 100ml oils — Rosehip Oil, Japanese Infusion, and Mediterranean — are richer in composition and contain more targeted active ingredients for specific skin concerns. The 250ml oils — Lavender and Thyme — are more focused on aromatherapeutic use, massage, and well-being, and are available in a larger size for daily or regular use over the entire body.

Can these oils also be used by people with sensitive skin?

Most oils in this collection are made from plant-based ingredients without harsh substances and are therefore also suitable for sensitive skin. Lavender Oil and Japanese Infusion have the gentlest profiles. Thyme Oil has a pronounced herbal aroma and active substances that should be patch-tested on a small area first if you have very sensitive skin.

Can I combine a plant-based oil with my body lotion?

Yes, you can. Apply the oil before the body lotion for extra nourishment, or use the oil as a replacement for lotion on days when the skin is extra dry. Oils lock in moisture and thereby also enhance the effect of a moisturizing cream applied afterward.

Are the oils also suitable during pregnancy?

The Biocellular Body Rosehip Oil is specifically recommended for stretch marks, including those that develop during pregnancy. For Thyme Oil and Lavender Oil — both containing essential oils — it is advisable to consult a midwife or doctor before use during pregnancy.
